Peugeot 205 GTI and 106 Rallye: How 3D Printing is Reviving These Icons

Interior Buttons and Controls

Window buttons, mirror controls, and fuse box covers tend to yellow, crack, or disappear after 30 years. Using 3D printed ABS, mass-dyed (dark grey for the 205, black for the 106), we achieve a finish very close to the original.

Ventilation Grilles and Heating Hoses

The plastic heating ducts of the 205 have become rare parts. Using flexible PETG, we reproduce the duct identically with the curved shapes specific to the 205 floor, eliminating bad odors and lack of flow.

Discreet Bodywork Parts

Grille, fender junction, wheel arch clips: 3D printing excels on elements of 5 to 30 cm that make the difference between a clean restoration and an approximate restoration.

The Process with L'Atelier 3D

Send a photo of the broken part and its dimensions. We evaluate feasibility within 24 hours, without obligation. Most 205/106 interior parts can be made in 1 to 3 weeks.
